This SBU has been set up in line with the Groups’ strategic imperatives to compensate for expected stagnation in growth locally through international development. It now provides the Group’s overseas operations with country-based management teams grouped into 7 subsidiaries – 1 in Mauritius, 2 in Mayotte and 4 in Madagascar. This SBU’s priority is to expand these operations, to develop other overseas ones and bring in new development opportunities.
